The first time you try it
you have a blast.
You’re not addicted.
you smoke some grass.
You cannot sleep, you’re brain weeps,
but you still try it again.

Again you try it, this time a line.
You start sketching
and get a quarter this time.
You do it up, you start to sketch,
then get an 8-ball, fine.

One thing you don’t notice
is you start to wither away.
You do stupid things for
you jibbs the next day.

Your brain hurts. You’re not alert.
You’re up for days at a time.
You are blind, you can’t see
because the crystal burns your mind.

You’re not feeling good.
You’re not feeling sweet,
so you quit crystal, but it only lasts a week.

Cause once again you have a friend
with some jibbs to do.
Tweaking alone is not so fun
so he shares it with you.
You think you’re quitting,
no resisting, it’s controlling you.
